Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 plus bonus

Position Description:

Global Fortune company and industry leader is seeking an Engineering and Reliability Manager for their plant in the greater Bloomington, MN area. Person will manage the Engineering program of the plant to achieve Safety, Quality, Environmental and Production goals and also have responsibility for the site Maintenance and Reliability program. Will supervise the engineering staff to ensure a safe work environment and the safe design and implementation of capital projects. Competitive salary including annual bonus and excellent benefits. EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).

5+ years of industry experience in a manufacturing plant environment. Relevant industry experience includes chemicals, grain, ethanol, refining, food ingredients or related industries.

Lean Six Sigma experience or other Continuous Improvement methodologies desired (5S, RCFA etc).

Experience managing all engineering activities including capital projects in a plant environment.

Previous supervisory or proven leadership experience.

Experience executing projects and providing process engineering support.

Experience coordinating/managing maintenance/reliability activities. Knowledge of CMMS a plus.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Will supervise the site engineering staff and as well as be the site technical expert to ensure a safe work environment and safe work practices. Integrate safety and environmental aspects into all capital projects.

Manage engineering activities that support the continuous improvement and operation of the plant. Will be responsible for the development and execution of the Capital Expenditure Program and ensure budget is maintained.

Ensure design, implementation and schedules for projects are met.

Supervise plant maintenance activities and lead Reliability Excellence implementation

Provide technical support to the plant including troubleshooting, process optimization and data analysis.

Manage maintenance activities for the plant including FMEA's, MOC on projects, supervision of on site contractors and maintenance planning.
